Michelle Brynda, PTA, comes to Aegis Chiropractic and Physical Therapy with over 10 years of experience working in a rehabilitation setting. She has a Bachelors’s degree in Recreation Management from Springfield College and worked at The Balsams Grand Resort Hotel in Dixville Notch, NH, and Mount Snow, VT. Michelle found she had a passion for helping others to stay active so she returned to school to learn how to help people overcome injuries and physical challenges. She earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Springfield Technical Community College. She has worked with patients recovering from joint replacements, stroke, and those regaining strength after illness for many years prior to joining the Aegis staff.
Michelle grew up as a local student athlete at Frontier Regional High School and Stoneleigh Burnham School. She notes that playing lacrosse at Springfield College was a highlight. She has been a life long skier and is a member of the National Ski Patrol. She also enjoys golfing, hiking, and the occasional day of mountain biking with the Bike Patrol!
