I couldn't be happier and more grateful.

I came in with bad pain in my lower back, bursitis in my hip, AND a pelvis that was out of alignment. After a consult and adjustment by Dr. Liz Ringrose, I had maybe 4-6 weeks if PT with Maurice, and from the beginning noticed improvement. I couldn’t be happier and more grateful.

  • Laser Therapy

Laser therapy effectively treats lower back pain, neck pain, arthritis, bursitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, plantar, and sciatica. It can also be used to treat sports injuries, sprains, and strains, or other soft tissue injuries throughout the body.

  • Graston Technique

We frequently use the Graston Technique to improve the mobility of a joint or muscle, promote healing of a strain or sprain, address scar tissue formation post-operatively, decrease pain and of course improve overall function.

Simply treating the signs and symptoms of an injury won’t necessarily prevent the injury from recurring again and again, at least not until the factors leading to the issue are identified and addressed.

Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injuries occur in men and women of all ages, in a variety of sports that involve sudden stopping, cutting and landing from a jump. This injury is especially common in the sports realm.

  • Running Assessments

Our running assessments begin with a thorough evaluation and analysis of all aspects of a client’s running. This includes posture, technique, strength, flexibility, footwear, and other training factors.

  • Voodoo Floss Bands

This technique is beneficial for anyone experiencing pain and impaired biomechanics secondary to tight muscles, fascia or scar tissue surrounding a joint.

For many physical therapists, it’s all hands on deck. They use manual therapy techniques on soft tissue and joints that are intended to modulate pain, reduce inflammation, increase the range of motion and reduce restriction.
