We have been having a very large number of same day cancellations.
At Aegis Physical Therapy, we are committed to providing exceptional one-on-one care and direct treatment by a licensed provider at every visit. Because of this personalized approach, each appointment time is reserved specifically for you.
We know your time matters, we hope you also value our time. Late cancellations and missed appointments make it difficult for us to effectively run our practice and prevent other patients who need our help from getting scheduled. They also leave our professional staff with unfilled appointment times that could have been used to provide care to another patient.
48-Hour Notice Required
We require at least 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or changes whenever possible.
- No-Show Appointment: $85 fee
- Late Cancellation: $50 fee
- Same-Day Sick Cancellation: The first same-day sick cancellation may be accommodated. More than one same-day sick cancellation will result in a $35 fee.
Repeated Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows
If you have three (3) same-day cancellations and/or no-shows in total, you will no longer be able to schedule future appointments in advance.
At that point, you will only be able to call our office on the same day you wish to be seen and may schedule an appointment if there is an available opening.
This policy allows us to make appointment times available to patients who are committed to attending their scheduled visits while continuing to provide the personalized care our patients deserve.
Please Be Considerate of Your Appointment Time.
Please do not schedule an appointment that you do not intend to keep.
